Updates:
Our study guides are updated periodically.  When updates become available, they will be sent via email / download to all customers who have purchased any single study guide item (CD or digital) within the past 3 months.  For those who purchase the larger 'bundles' - updates will be provided for 12 months after purchase. 

Returns/Refunds:
Our return policy is only for items that are damaged or unusable and a replacement will be sent when the damaged item has been returned to us.  If you have a problem downloading, please check our FAQ page or email for assistance.  We'll be happy to help in any way that we can!

For digital downloads: No refunds are issued once the product link has been accessed.  If you have a problem with your download, please email, and we'll work together to solve it! 


We gladly accept returns with the following conditions:
•Items must be unopened, unused and in saleable condition
•Items must be sent back within 7 days of your original receipt of the item.
•You must first contact us for a return authorization.

Wrong Product / Order Error:
Please purchase the study guide associated with the exam you will be taking - if you're unsure - just email, we'll be happy to help!  If you do make an error, just email!    If you want the study guide via download, you must purchase through our website. 

You will have the opportunity to review your shopping cart to ensure that you are completely aware of the items you are purchasing.  We do our best to question duplicate purchases and we may send you an email to inquire– if you do not respond within 24 hours we will assume that you did indeed want 2 copies of an item.  Returns are only accepted as stated above, but reasonable requests are always considered. Please read the description carefully and if you are not sure which study material you need, just email us we will be glad to assist you.  For digital downloads, no refunds are issued once the product link has been accessed - if you have a problem downloading, please check our FAQ page for tips or email customerservice@studygroup101.com or kay@studygroup101.com for assistance.
